Wain Homes
New housing in Cornwall
We are delighted to be working with Wain Homes on the badly needed new private and social housing developments in our own county.
The first development is a mix of social, shared and private ownership dwellings with a total of 650 houses over the next 8 years based in St Austell.
The second development in Newquay is a partnership between Wain Homes and the Duchy of Cornwall. Many of the materials specified have been chosen by HRH Duke of Cornwall and intended to blend with the rural and beautiful Cornish Countryside.
We are excited to work on this prestigious development which regularly receives a royal visitor!
